Our Carpet Steam Cleaning Process

On arrival, I will walk through your property with you before commencing & determine what type of carpet you have, the condition and point out any potential issues before any steam cleaning begins. If there are stains, I will give you an indication of the best possible outcome so there are clear expectations.

Standard carpet steam cleaning or hot water extraction as it is also known, is a complete cleaning process. Firstly, we pre-spray your carpet to loosen dirt, then we use a spot remover where necessary followed by a deep steam clean using a hot water extraction machine.

For your furniture and upholstery the process is basically the same , we use specialised chemicals and cleaning tool to achieve the best possible results without causing damage. 

Free carpet de-odourising is included in standard steam cleaning of all carpets.

I will leave your carpets damp for between 4-6 hours depending on the ventilation and Gold Coast weather conditions, however they can be walked on immediately with clean shoes. Please however, be careful when stepping from the damp carpet to hard surfaces as it can be very slippery.

We like to keep our carpet cleaning prices competitive & simple. We get the job done right the first time at a very competitive price. Prices are for Domestic Home Carpet Cleaning & End of Lease Cleans.  For Commercial Carpet Cleaning please call or email me using the contact form.

Minimum call out $150 includes first three rooms (must be standard size i.e up to 16 sqm) anything over 16 sqm will be charged an additional $3.00 per sqm*

Bedrooms / Office / Small Areas

Lounge / Dining / Entertaining Areas

Rooms may be classed as two rooms depending on size, as will larger bedrooms and entertaining areas

Furniture

Kitchen / Dining Chairs are charged at $50 per chair
Couch Cleaning is charged at $50 per seat position (i.e 4 seater couch – $200)

Other Areas

Hallways will be charged at $3.00 per mtr (price will be advised once onsite)
Staircase is $50 (per flight)

*Prices are based on average size rooms & soiling AND inclusive of GST and we don’t charge extra for weekends*

Deposits

A $150 deposit will be taken at time of booking to secure our services 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking within 24 hrs of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

We are pleased to offer you Credit Card facilities via Square. Most Credit Cards are accepted by Square, there will be a surcharge of 1.9%

What you can do to prepare for your Carpet Cleaning Gold Coast Service.

Please ensure carpet is vacuumed thoroughly before we arrive
Remove breakable items, smaller furniture like dining chairs, pot plants etc. from the areas to be cleaned
We do not move larger items like beds and wardrobes. We clean as best we can, around furniture we cannot move.
If you have long curtains, please pin these back, up off the floor.
